Christina Tenaglia
To make something that exists on the cusp of being named without crossing into the nameable cannot be an easy thing to do, especially over and over again. And yet Tenaglia does exactly that in her Untitled works. At a time when the art world seems to want to spell everything out, so nothing is missed, she takes a different path, following the inexplicable perceptual moments encountered in everyday life.

Christina Tenaglia holds a BA from Vassar College and an MFA from Yale University School of Art. She is currently a Visiting Professor at Vassar College, living and working in Saugerties, NY.

크리스티나 테나글리아는 바사 컬리지에서 학사를, 예일 대학교에서 미술로 석사 학위를 받았다. 현재 바사 컬리지에서 강의하면서, 뉴욕 소거티스에서 작업 활동을 하고 있다.
